Some of the Best images I have ever captured happened by chance.
Back in 2006 while on a job in Vail, Co., our crew decided to take the afternoon off and head towards Leadville, CO for a Saint Patrick’s day celebration at the Silver Dollar Salon when we passed this scene. Someone said, now that’s a picture.
So, I turned around and captured it!

Nicaragua is an amazing place to explore. I have made many friends there over the years and have been 4 times and would go tomorrow if I could. What makes this image so cool is the lines in the clouds and the water dancing together giving it texture and character. There is just something about being at the right place at the right time.

Magic time is the best time to shoot! The late summer afternoons along the coast of the Carolinas offer some of the best opportunities to shoot sunsets because of the haze created from the extreme heat.
